Jim Fendya is the founder and president of Concise Consulting Services, LLC. He is a certified project manager (Boston University) and has a Masters of Science, Information Systems degree from Drexel University. He has over twenty years of experience as a software engineer, team leader, director, program manager and consultant in the Financial Services, Health, Property & Casualty and Group insurance industries. Prior affiliations include Electronic Data Systems, CIGNA, Ace Ltd, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Coventry HealthCare. Jim’s formal training provides the comprehensive knowledge of essential process lifecycles, tools, deliverables and metrics necessary to plan, control and implement technology solutions. His industry experience provides the real world knowledge necessary to adapt the above to each unique project and organization to successfully achieve expected business results. Concise Consulting Services maintains relationships with a network of IT and Business professionals that we work with on a regular basis. |
