We assist your teams to plan their departmental project threads. We merge these plans into one integrated plan and we oversee and monitor the execution of that plan. We define process metrics, deliverables and milestones to monitor process effectiveness, product quality and project execution. We evaluate metrics, deliverables and milestones to assess overall project health and we communicate status weekly. We include knowledge transfer in the plan so when we leave, your teams are self sufficient. |
